1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling service, using our website, or engaging with OnTime Appliance Repair, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide residential and commercial appliance repair services, including but not limited to:

  • Refrigerators

  • Washers and dryers

  • Dishwashers

  • Ovens, stoves, and cooktops

  • Microwaves

  • Ice machines

  • Garbage disposals

  • Wine coolers

  • Vent hoods

  • Freezers

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, prior jobs, or emergencies.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Missed appointments may result in a service fee.

4. Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee may be charged to inspect your appliance and determine the issue. Diagnostic fees are non‑refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

5. Repairs and Parts

  • All repairs are performed by trained technicians.

  • Parts may be new, refurbished, or OEM‑equivalent depending on availability.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping carriers.

6. Warranties

Labor Warranty

We provide a 30‑day labor warranty on completed repairs unless otherwise stated.

Parts Warranty

We provide a 90-day parts warranty on completed repairs unless otherwise stated.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

  • Misuse, neglect, or improper installation

  • Damage caused by other technicians

  • Pre‑existing issues unrelated to the repair

  • Power surges, water damage, or structural issues

7. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide safe access to the appliance

  • Keep pets and children away during service

  • Disclose any known issues or hazards

  • Avoid attempting repairs yourself after our service (this voids warranties)

8. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Approved digital payments

Unpaid balances may be sent to collections.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of food or perishables

  • Loss of business income

  • Incidental or consequential damages

  • Damage caused by pre‑existing appliance conditions

  • Issues arising from customer‑provided parts

Some states do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

10. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the site

  • Copy or reproduce content without permission

  • Submit false or misleading information
